How can Direct Line Cruises' rates be so much lower than other agencies & the cruise lines?

We buy large “blocks” of cabins, sometimes up to two years before the date of the cruise.  By doing this we are able to “lock-in” the lowest possible “group rates” and we pass these low rates on to our client.
